The regular conference fee is 650 € including the conference dinner. A reduced fee of 575 € applies for registration and payment by March 30, 2026.

Lectures

I would like to present a paper.

Title of lecture/paper

Presentations should have a length of 25 minutes including 5 minutes of discussion. Please submit an abstract of your paper to info@bebec.eu by March 9, 2026 and the complete paper by May 11, 2026.

This is a face-to-face conference. However, should you not be able to attend in person, please contact the organizers. There will be a very limited amount of virtual presentations available.

The regular conference fee is 650 € including the conference dinner,
a reduced fee of 575 € applies for registration and payment by March 30, 2026,
275 € for employees of the organizers and PhD students.

The conference fee is 275 € for those participating virtually.

The conference is free for bachelor's/master's students but excluding the conference dinner (95 €).
