Title of lecture/paper

Presentations should have a length of 25 minutes including 5 minutes of discussion. Please submit an abstract of your paper by February 26, 2024 and the complete paper by May 20, 2024.

This is a face-to-face conference. However, should you not be able to attend in person due to travel regulations of your country, please contact the organizers. There will be a very limited amount of virtual presentations available.

Conference Fee and Payment Details

The regular conference fee is 650 € including the conference dinner,
a reduced fee of 575 € applies for registration and payment by March 18, 2024,
275 € for employees of the organizers and PhD students.

The conference fee is 275 € for those participating virtually.

The conference is free for Bachelor/Master students but excluding the conference dinner (95 €).
